KELI & JULIE
Keli started working for a small painting company the summer she turned 15 years old and trained under them for 12 years before taking over their family run company, Vandenberg Painting, in 2014 after returning home from college. This was the start of SwitchbackPDX. We have since changed names and are excited to be expanding into the Portland area – providing the same great quality and customer satisfaction that has kept the company going for generations.
Julie worked as a Senior Scientist at an engineering firm for several years before deciding to leave the corporate world behind. During the last decade, she has been on the forefront in designing and installing remediation systems, serving as a regional Health and Safety Manager. She boasts several OSHA certifications and diligently works to maintain a corporate level of safety management at every Switchback jobsite.

Switchback Painting & Design is an Oregon-based, women-owned business that provides top quality interior and exterior residential and commercial painting services. With an established crew of highly trained painters led by a seasoned business management team, together, we boast more than 25 years of combined painting/construction experience.
